This Mexican food combined with the creamy mayonnaise creates an out of this world goodness also with its added spices you just can’t get enough of.  The mayonnaise gives the guacamole a creamy taste which brings out the flavors of the avocados and spices. Ingredients:

  • 2 large avocados, ripe
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • Pepper

  1. Prepare a medium-sized or large mixing bowl. Slice your avocados in half, remove the seed carefully, and scoop out the flesh into your mixing bowl.
  2. Mash your avocados using a fork or a potato masher if you have any; do this just enough to make the avocados smooth but not all too mushy, you can leave some avocado bits if you like. 
  3. Pour in your hot sauce and sprinkle the chili powder, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice chopped cilantro, and diced tomato in your bowl. Stir the mixture until ingredients are perfectly incorporated. 
  4. Season your guacamole with salt and pepper. 
  5. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour just before serving.
  6. You now have your guacamole dip, serve with chips and enjoy!
